Project | Capacity Building
As part of the program development processes, several critical capacity gaps were identified among partners and staff and accordingly capacity building programs were rolled out to align with the new impact perspectives. These capacity building programs are designed to address gaps in knowledge and skill and are based on research insights from our internal projects and those of our partner organisations.
